App Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Bitmap Books Library app. These short terms explain how access to your digital books works.
Your account
You sign in through Shopify’s secure customer-account system. We do not see or store your Shopify password.
The App uses your account details to show the digital books you are entitled to access.
Reading and downloading PDFs
When you choose to read or download a PDF, you are asking us to provide that digital content straight away.
Before your first read or download of each book, we will ask you to confirm that you understand this. Once you have accessed a PDF, you may no longer be able to cancel or receive a refund for the digital-content part of that order.
This does not affect your legal rights if your book is faulty or not as described.
Your personalised PDF
Your PDFs are personalised with your name and email address. This helps protect the work of Bitmap Books and our contributors.
Please do not share, upload, resell, redistribute, copy or make your PDFs available to anyone else. Do not remove or alter the personalisation, copyright notices or any other information included in them.
All books, PDFs, artwork and content in the App are protected by copyright and remain the property of Bitmap Books and the relevant rights holders.
Offline reading
You can download eligible PDFs to your device for offline reading. Downloads are for your own personal use only.
Access may depend on your device, available storage, internet connection and the purchase linked to your account.
Notifications
You can choose whether you would like occasional notifications about new Bitmap Books releases and offers. This is entirely optional, and you can change your preference later in the App or in your device settings.
Updates and availability
We will keep improving the App from time to time. Occasionally, we may need to update features for security, technical or operational reasons.
While we do our best to keep everything running smoothly, we cannot guarantee that the App will always be available without interruption.
